Dear Dr. Klie and Team,
Our family would like to send a heartfelt thank you for the kindness shown to us while arranging our Toby’s cremation. I only wish he had been with us at the end rather than alone in Newtown. It would have been a comfort to him to be at home.
All the communication with your office was handled with sensitivity and although the request was solely for cremation our visit with Dr. Kris was comforting and enormously helpful. Final Journey reminded us that there are thoughtful professionals who truly care for our pets.
Your work with families who are experiencing such difficult decisions and profound grief is invaluable.
