After 20 years with me, he was failing and in pain.  I reached out to Final Journey as I wanted to have this at home, where he was comfortable, in my arms.  Final Journey at every step of this painful process showed an incredible amount of caring and empathy.  They understand how difficult this is and displayed concern, caring and compassion for me, my girlfriend, and my dear cat.  Even afterwards, the return of his ashes were handled with the same care and compassion, down to the beautiful hand written note.

Everyone I interacted with at Final Journey was extremely helpful and compassionate. They make sure you and your pet are as comfortable as possible. Dr. Kris and Kevin talked us through every step of the process and let us take as much time as we needed with our sweet girl. They understand how difficult this is and they provided so much comfort letting us say goodbye in our own home. They take care of everything and let you focus on saying goodbye. Becky and Kevin made the process very smooth and comfortable for all of us . From their compassion and understanding the experience was exactly what I wanted to give our dog in her last moments , the comfort of her home and a peaceful goodbye .
