On Friday March 21st, we made the heartbreaking decision to call Final Journey to help aide us in the end of life process for our beloved Jaxon.
We had 15 wonderful years with him and he would have been 17 in June.
The woman who answered the call was so kind and loving and facilitated making an appointment so easy. She told us how sorry she was that we were going through this.
As the day progressed our sweet boy passed away in my arms on his own terms and this gave me great sense of peace.
When I called again to see if they would still be able to come in the evening to pick him up, the same wonderful woman answered the phone, and made arrangements for him to be picked up for cremation.
Dr Klie and Taylor came together, and were both so very kind, and compassionate.
They allowed us as much time as we needed before they took him. I was even blessed to be able to walk with him in my arms to the car for a final kiss.
Thank you all for being kind, respectful and caring at such an emotional time. It meant the world to all of us.
